Senior Product Marketing Manager, Institutional (EMEA & APAC)

Responsibilities

Strategic Product Positioning

• Develop compelling regional product positioning and messaging for institutional clients across EEA, UAE, and APAC markets.
• Adapt global messaging to local market needs.

Sales Enablement

• Support the Head of Institutional PMM by executing plans, coordinating teams, and delivering product launches/campaigns.
• Create and manage marketing content such as decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
• Partner with regional and global teams (email, social, PR) to execute campaigns and institutional narratives.

Go-to-Market Leadership

• Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies for new institutional products/features.
• Develop and manage strategic partner marketing initiatives across target regions.

Content & Thought Leadership

• Create and oversee thought leadership programs to reinforce product and industry positioning.
• Develop content strategies that establish OKX as a market authority.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Collaborate with institutional business teams (business development, account management, product).
• Ensure consistent, cohesive product messaging across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• 10+ years product marketing (institutional clients)
• Background in traditional finance (trading, investment management, fintech, or crypto mix)
• Proven marketing experience across EEA, UAE, APAC
• Experience with localization strategies & account-based marketing (ABM)
• Understanding of financial markets and OTC trading
• Knowledge of regulatory environments across target regions, including MiFID II
• Strong direct, digital, and content marketing skills
• Ability to communicate complex products to diverse audiences
