Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produce and track HR correspondence for employees’ life cycle, including bank account letters, employment certificates, embassy letters, changes to employee terms, transfers, exits, and more.
  • Type & translate documents in Arabic for government letters (Arabic typing is essential).
  • Maintain updated e-file system for employees and upload relevant documentation.
  • Assist employees with online certificate requests and procedure queries.
  • Input and audit employee data in HR systems (Workday/Oracle), ensuring contract compliance and accuracy.
  • Respond promptly to HR Mailbox queries.
  • Archive leavers in the e-filing system.
  • Act as backup for other People Services team members.
  • Provide ad hoc support for various People Services HR projects.
  • Offer HR support to a small office or branch.
  • Guidance for employee relations/HR issues based on HR best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and corporate HR regulations.
  • Coordinate with supervisors for complex problems and non-routine work.
  • Exercise judgment on HR systems and issues (Workday & Oracle).
  • Apply standard HR techniques and recognize discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Arabic typing
  • Dual language English/Arabic
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • HRIS systems
  • Detail orientation
  • Communication skills (English & Arabic)
  • Organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience with Workday
  • Available to start October 2025
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
