Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produce and track HR correspondence related to employees’ life cycle, including bank account opening letters, employment certificates, embassy letters, changes to employee terms and conditions, transfers, exits, and other letters as required.
  • Type and translate in Arabic to issue government letters. Knowledge of Arabic typing is essential.
  • Maintain and update E-file system for employees; upload necessary documents.
  • Assist employees with certificate requests and procedure queries.
  • Input and audit employee data into HR systems (Workday/Oracle), ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to HR Mailbox queries.
  • Archive leaver documentation within the E-filing system.
  • Act as backup for other People Services team members.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to HR People Services department lead for various projects.
  • Provide HR support to small office or branch operations.
  • Offer guidance on employee relations and HR issues using best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable HR regulations and laws.
  • Coordinate with supervisor for complex issues and develop solutions for non-routine work.
  • Exercise judgment on HR system details and HR-related areas (Workday & Oracle).
  • Apply standard HR knowledge and techniques to specific situations; recognize discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Arabic and English typing and translation
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • MS Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • HRIS systems knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
  • UAE National with valid family book (Emiratisation requirement)
  • Available to start October 2025
