Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define sponsorship campaign priorities and key performance indicators to measure and evaluate individual sponsorship initiatives and event performance.
  • Develop and manage go-to-market strategies and activation plans for Pepperstone’s global sponsorships, in line with the event calendar across key regions.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing leads on local sponsorships and co-develop activation and marketing plans under the overarching global sponsorship strategy.
  • Lead and manage agency partners in the development of content and social media to deliver upon sponsorship assets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, partners, sponsors, and agency partners.
  • Work with the Brand Manager to ensure sponsorship activations reflect the brand at a premium level.
  • Coordinate logistics, branding opportunities, and activations (both on-site and digital) for sponsorship events.
  • Ensure sponsorship properties are maximally activated across digital and social channels to support business acquisition targets.
  • Serve as main point of contact for all sponsors and ambassadors.
  • Oversee contract rights to ensure compliance and activation of all agreement elements.
  • Integrate sponsorships into broader marketing campaigns including social, performance marketing, SEO, affiliates, and direct deals.
  • Work with partners and sales teams to deliver outstanding Pepperstone event experiences.
  • Monitor and report on all sponsorship initiatives, providing post-event insights to senior management on ROI and effectiveness.
  • Be hands-on to ensure sponsorships are fully activated on and off-site; travel to events as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sponsorship-related roles
  • Experience working with global rights holders, ideally in the sporting field (Formula One preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Experience managing budgets and financial forecasting
  • Ability to deliver granular campaign and ROI reporting
  • Proficiency with social media and understanding the digital role of sponsorship content

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience in a regulated business environment
