Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage daily supply chain operation activities to ensure all transactions align with company and Logistics department SOPs, P&P, and KPIs.
- Document and coordinate all import and export shipments.
- Process regular and warranty purchase orders using ERP systems.
- Coordinate between forwarders and suppliers for timely shipment deliveries.
- Track purchase orders from issuance to warehouse arrival.
- Liaise with government offices, such as customs, Ministry of Health, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, for clearance approvals when required.
- Calculate freight, customs, and insurance costs for all shipments.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries.
Requirements
- Associate degree
- 1-3 years in a similar role (medical industry experience preferable)
- Emirati National
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and customer focus
- Solid negotiation skills
- Active listening
- Excellent follow up
- Time management
