Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily supply chain operation activities to ensure all transactions align with company and Logistics department SOPs, P&P, and KPIs.
  • Document and coordinate all import and export shipments.
  • Process regular and warranty purchase orders using ERP systems.
  • Coordinate between forwarders and suppliers for timely shipment deliveries.
  • Track purchase orders from issuance to warehouse arrival.
  • Liaise with government offices, such as customs, Ministry of Health, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, for clearance approvals when required.
  • Calculate freight, customs, and insurance costs for all shipments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries.

Requirements

  • Associate degree
  • 1-3 years in a similar role (medical industry experience preferable)
  • Emirati National
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal and customer focus
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Active listening
  • Excellent follow up
  • Time management
