Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs; create job descriptions and interview questions tailored to specific positions
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs, qualifying candidates through phone screens and implementing successful sourcing strategies
- Actively search for and engage potential candidates using social media, internal databases, job boards, networking, online searches, and events
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate databases of potential and current candidates in our ATS and monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field (or higher)
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (especially Product roles), full-cycle in an in-house setup
- Proven expertise in building technical and product teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with targets and KPIs
- Ability to take initiative, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High energy and positive attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
