Responsibilities
- Analyze competitiveness of Middle East & Africa hotel suppliers and inventory.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess supplier performance and identify improvement areas.
- Hold regular meetings and calls with third-party suppliers to manage relationships.
- Negotiate and improve commercial and payment conditions with suppliers.
- Participate in internal projects to ensure supplier results, deadlines and quality.
- Collaborate with the Tech team to improve supplier representation and API integrations.
- Support Customer Support and suppliers in incident resolution (overbookings / kick-outs) and internal process organisation.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in travel/hospitality supplier management
- Solid understanding of API integration impacts on operations
- Hands-on experience with API-connected suppliers/platforms (e.g., TravelgateX, Juniper, Derbysoft)
- Strong analytical mindset; comfort with data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Grafana or similar)
- Excellent communication and collaboration across multicultural remote teams
- Advanced English (B2/C1) and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
- Availability for occasional travel for supplier visits
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record negotiating commercial terms with hotels and TPPs
- Prior experience improving API connectivity and mapping with product/tech teams
- Familiarity with channel connectivity standards and common supplier workflows
- Experience working in distributed, cross-border travel-tech teams
