Responsibilities
- Support the Vendor Management lead in selecting a great range of products and set pricing.
- Develop and manage relationships with grocery suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors.
- Ensure effective promotional campaigns.
- Analyze vendor performance and improve service.
- Manage vendor compliance and regulatory adherence.
- Source new products and maintain inventory.
- Resolve vendor issues and disputes.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Optimize vendor management processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in vendor management or buying.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Experience in product selection and pricing.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate vendor performance.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of Excel/Gsheets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international FMCG sourcing.
- Knowledge of BI and data analytics tools.
