Zoho Developer

Responsibilities

• Customize and develop Zoho CRM modules, workflows, functions and automation using Deluge scripting.
• Configure and manage financial workflows and data integration within Zoho Books.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics to support business decisions.
• Develop and manage integrations between Zoho apps and third-party tools using REST APIs, Zoho Flow or custom code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, operations) to translate business needs into scalable Zoho solutions.
• Maintain data consistency, security and integrity across Zoho platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications, integrations and data flows.
• Prepare technical documentation and deliver user training as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to additional Zoho apps (Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Inventory).
