12 Volt Installation Technician

Responsibilities

• Install and support Netradyne Driveri 12V vehicle safety systems
• Train customers and partners on installation best practices
• Provide project and implementation management for mid-market and enterprise deployments
• Coordinate installation planning, troubleshooting, and escalation
• Support 3rd-party installation providers and maintain technical documentation
• Travel to customer sites frequently

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of 12V and 24V vehicle systems
• Experience with vehicle-mounted cameras, monitors, and sensors
• Strong wiring and installation knowledge
• Troubleshooting and alternative installation management skills
• Knowledge of vehicle telematics: RP12226, J1939, OBDII
• Ability to travel 60-80% of the time
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Six Sigma certification
• Knowledge of NHTSA requirements
