Responsibilities
- Serve as the regional custodian of outcomes for customers across the GCC region, co-owning healthcare transformation with national and enterprise stakeholders.
- Act as strategic and operational lead for digital health programs, supporting ministries, payer organizations, and health clusters.
- Guide customers through the full journey: onboarding, implementation, activation, scale-up, and impact realization.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives, program leaders, and delivery teams across diverse cultures and languages.
- Advise key accounts, including Ministries of Health, insurance players, and hospital networks.
- Lead end-to-end program execution: charter definition, platform rollout, data onboarding, solution design, adoption management, and ROI tracking.
- Engage with C-level leadership, clinical, and operational teams to align solutions with national health priorities and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to expand value within accounts (e.g. additional modules, AI insights, custom workflows).
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer to product, engineering, and leadership.
- Oversee business reviews, executive updates, and performance reporting.
- Manage cross-functional delivery pods ensuring quality and milestone achievement.
Requirements
- 10+ years in customer success, strategic account management, consulting, or digital delivery within healthcare and/or enterprise tech
- Deep knowledge of healthcare operations, payer dynamics, and regulatory frameworks in the GCC (especially KSA, UAE, Qatar)
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder engagements (government, provider networks, insurance)
- Technical background in Engineering, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or equivalent
- Proven delivery of technology/data integration programs (care management, VBC, population health)
- Executive presence with fluency in business communication in both Arabic and English
- Willingness to travel 50–60% across GCC countries
