Academic Researcher

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis in your area of expertise to deliver high-quality, evidence-based insights.
• Prepare, format, and review complex documents in MS Word and PDF, utilizing advanced features like tracked changes and data extraction.
• Evaluate and synthesize academic literature, legal documents, or industry data to inform project outcomes.
• Translate complex research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations tailored for professional standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, healthcare, policy, and finance professionals.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with designated guidelines in all written deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience in academic research, legal, policy, healthcare, or related sectors.
• Master’s degree, PhD, or JD from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing and reviewing Word and PDF documents (tracked changes, formatting, data extraction).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven record of producing high-quality, client-ready outputs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies.
• Prior involvement in legal, healthcare, policy, or financial operations document workflows.
• Active publication or presentation record in academic or industry settings.
