Job description

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute business plans to target customers and solve specific business needs
  • Plan and execute selling strategies using industry and technical knowledge to grow revenue
  • Identify Customer Business Initiatives (CBIs) and set strategies to help customers achieve desired outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Account Team to ensure alignment on account strategies and objectives
  • Own sales for assigned accounts and drive expansion of Annual Contract Value (ACV)
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key executives within accounts
  • Manage sales forecasts and opportunity management
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and new technologies

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience exceeding sales quotas in an assigned territory
  • Experience selling software into the AECO industry is a significant advantage
  • Proven experience managing and growing a portfolio of midmarket accounts in complex business solutions
  • Strong executive-level selling and relationship management skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
  • Fluency in English
