Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize inbound and warm leads while maintaining consistent follow-ups
- Build relationships with property managers, ownership groups, and asset managers
- Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM records
- Coordinate site visits and present tailored proposals to prospective partners
- Drive the full sales process from initial inquiry through to signed agreement
- Collaborate with founders and operations to move deals forward and close opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record managing pipelines and closing deals
- Strong verbal and professional written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Ability to work 8am–5pm EST (6h overlap required)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to U.S. customers
- Experience selling to property managers, ownership groups, or real estate companies
- Background in service-based or solution sales
- Experience coordinating site visits or working cross-functionally with operations teams
Benefits
- $2,000 – $3,000 per month base salary plus uncapped commission
