Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own a book of approximately 40 mid-market accounts to drive Net New growth and expansion
  • Manage an annual quota ranging between $2M-$4M depending on territory
  • Act as the "quarterback" for cross-functional deal teams, including SDRs, Solution Engineers, and Account Managers
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across IT, sales, marketing, and other business groups
  • Utilize MEDDPICC to qualify, advance, and win complex, multi-solution strategic opportunities
  • Negotiate and price customer contracts while providing accurate sales forecasting
  • Collaborate with channel partners, product, and customer success teams to ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in commercial, mid-market, or emerging enterprise segments
  • 2+ years of experience selling SaaS products
  • 2+ years of experience selling into the LATAM region
  • Full fluency in Spanish
  • Proven experience leading account planning and alignment within a matrixed sales organization
  • Experience managing sales cycles between 3-9 months using outcome-based selling tactics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in enterprise-level sales
  • Experience growing large enterprise accounts through strategic planning
