Account Executive, P&C Insurance

We back our policies with our own capital, controlling the full stack from product design to technology. We are a growing team of 70, expanding over 100% annually while maintaining profitability and a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate connections with self-storage property owners and key stakeholders nationwide
• Quote and secure both new and renewal property and casualty insurance policies
• Tailor policy coverages and deductibles to meet specific customer needs
• Collaborate with underwriters to provide required information promptly and accurately
• Work with internal teams to deliver seamless buying experiences
• Address inquiries regarding coverages, premiums, endorsements, accounting, or claims
• Attend industry events with occasional travel as required

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling property and casualty insurance
• Insurance license in good standing
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with executives
• Excellent written, verbal, and professional presentation skills
• High degree of technical knowledge regarding insurance coverage forms and policies
• Motivation to build out a new line of business within a fast-growing startup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with non-admitted/surplus lines policies
• Experience in the self-storage industry or general commercial real estate
