Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly COGS close, including landed cost, duty loading, and channel splits
• Maintain the COGS bridge and reconcile COGS to inventory movement and revenue
• Manage inventory accounting end to end, including in-transit and on-water classification
• Reconcile inventory between WMS, QuickBooks, and vendor records
• Perform revenue reconciliation across Shopify, wholesale, and the GL
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and account rollforwards for COGS, inventory, and revenue
• Build, document, and enforce repeatable processes and controls
• Collaborate with Operations, Inventory Planning, and Product teams

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in accounting with a focus on inventory COGS or revenue
• Strong understanding of inventory accounting, landed cost, and COGS
• Extensive month-end close experience
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large data sets
• Ability to work independently and drive workstreams to completion
• Detail-oriented with a process and controls mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a WMS or inventory management system
