Accounting Manager, Tokenized Equities

Responsibilities

• Build the accounting model from the ground up covering token issuance, redemption, and asset tracking
• Own regulatory compliance and reporting to the FSRA
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Tax teams to ensure scalable flows
• Lead accounting analysis for new structures under US GAAP and IFRS
• Set up a control environment for a regulated launch including audit trails and data integrity
• Identify and manage accounting and reporting risks

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CA, or similar strongly preferred
• Strong accounting or finance experience in a regulated setting such as capital markets or digital assets
• Experience working directly with a financial regulator
• Proven ability to apply accounting rules to new or complex products
• Familiarity with the FSRA and its regulatory framework
• Ability to use generative AI tools in daily workflows
