Accounting Manager - Transactions

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day transactional accounting operations including AP, AR, bank/cash, intercompany, and employee expenses
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in compliance with IFRS and company policies
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes related to transactional accounting
• Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial transactions
• Oversee banking transactions and support cash flow reporting and treasury operations
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and increase automation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience
• At least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial control frameworks
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, CMA, or equivalent)
• Experience within multinational organizations in offshore services, energy, oil & gas, marine, or engineering industries
