Accounts Receivable Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of revenue dashboards and performance snapshots
• Support the preparation of monthly revenue packs, including breakdowns by entity, adviser, and provider
• Maintain and update key revenue and collections trackers to ensure data accuracy
• Monitor performance against targets for revenue, collections, and pipeline conversion
• Perform actual vs forecast analysis on revenue and cash collections to identify and explain variances
• Investigate differences between expected and actual receipts, providing clear commentary on delays or allocations
• Track pipeline vs cash conversion and highlight delays in provider payments
• Provide regular updates to the AR Manager on performance, ageing trends, and forecast accuracy

Requirements

• Currently Dubai-based with demonstrable experience of working in Dubai
• 1–3 years of experience in an accounts receivable, revenue, or finance analytics role
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and pivot tables
• Excellent written and spoken English with a high standard of clarity
• Experience with cloud-based accounting software

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in financial services or wealth management
• Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-currency environment
• Familiarity with commission-based revenue processes or provider statement reconciliation
• Exposure to month-end reporting cycles and management reporting
• Interest in studying towards a relevant finance or accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA Foundations, or equivalent)
