Accounts Receivable Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate billing cycles, collections follow-ups, and cash postings
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Improve visibility into AR metrics, including aging, DSO, and collection performance
• Lead the transition of AR workflows to new hires or offshore teams
• Develop and maintain clear process documentation and SOPs
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and automation
• Partner with the Controller and Finance team to support month-end close and cash flow forecasting

Requirements

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable management or a similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of AR processes, controls, and reporting best practices
• Proficiency with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite
• Background in eCommerce, retail, or multi-channel businesses
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and manage transitions in dynamic environments
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
