ACH Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactional data across systems and banking partners
• Monitor, track, and validate end-to-end money movement
• Investigate and resolve transactional discrepancies, failed money movements, and processing exceptions
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reconciliation steps and incorporate AI-driven tools
• Own and execute the Proof of Authorization (POA) process
• Respond to consumer and dispensary support requests related to the ACH program

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in financial operations, fintech, banking, or accounting
• Strong background in reconciliation and balancing
• Understanding of banking operations, electronic money movement, and ACH networks
• Familiarity with payment processing and digital wallet ecosystems

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of NACHA Operating Rules
