Advanced Practice Provider

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully-remote, virtual setting
• Work regular weekend day shifts (between 7a-9p Sat & Sun + 1 Weekday)
• Support physicians with Epic inbox management including labs, imaging, and patient questions
• Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans
• Prescribe medication and refills as appropriate
• Collaborate with Care Team Members to drive high-quality patient outcomes

Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical practice experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Primary Care setting
• Licensed in Florida (FL)
• Minimum 1 year of experience using Epic EMR
• Currently enrolled or eligible for enrollment as a Medicare provider
• Experience in primary care and behavioral health
• Ability to treat both acute and chronic care conditions
• Experience in telemedicine
• Willingness to work 36 hours per week including weekends
