Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners and reactivate inactive affiliates
• Participate in affiliate marketing events, conferences, and meetups
• Maintain regular communication with affiliates regarding program changes and updates
• Monitor affiliate traffic, transactions, and performance to prevent fraud
• Provide affiliates with marketing materials such as banners and promotional copy
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to attract new partners
• Develop affiliate incentive programs, seasonal campaigns, and bonus structures
• Analyze campaign performance and ROI to provide actionable insights

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry
• Understanding of web analytics and performance metrics (ROI, ROMI, eCPA, ARPU)
• Knowledge of traffic sources and payment models (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid)
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• English proficiency at B1–B2 level

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Asian and/or LATAM markets
