Affiliate Manager, MENA market

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and onboard affiliate partners across MENA (focus: Saudi Arabia, UAE)
• Manage and nurture affiliate relationships to drive sustainable growth
• Analyze campaign and partner performance; optimize for conversion and ROI
• Collaborate with performance marketing, localization, and growth teams
• Research and implement new channels and affiliate opportunities
• Integrate automation and AI tools to improve processes and productivity

Requirements

• 3+ years experience
• Affiliate marketing
• Partnership management
• MENA knowledge
• Arabic fluency
• English fluency
• Analytical skills
• Negotiation skills
• AI proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Saudi/UAE markets
• Familiarity with coupon & publisher networks
• Experience with performance marketing tools and attribution
• Proven track record scaling affiliate programs
