Affiliate Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners across the MENA region
• Drive affiliate performance growth focusing on user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution
• Monitor performance metrics to identify abnormal behaviors, risks, or growth opportunities
• Handle affiliate concerns professionally, including commission disputes and operational escalations
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams
• Design and execute joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives
• Analyze affiliate ROI and trading behaviors to improve ecosystem efficiency
• Identify and prevent risks such as wash trading, arbitrage abuse, or non-compliant traffic sources

Requirements

• Experience in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial industries
• Deep familiarity with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms
• Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management, or B2B partnership management
• Strong analytical skills to interpret trading volume, retention, and ROI trends
• Commercial negotiation capability for exclusive partnerships and tiered commissions
• Strong risk awareness regarding affiliate abuse and suspicious trading activities
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Trading or quantitative trading background
• Experience in compliance, risk control, or partner due diligence
• Experience managing online communities or large affiliate ecosystems
• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the MENA region are a plus
