AI-Assisted Testing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated testing activities across product features and releases
• Design test scenarios, validate requirements, and identify potential quality risks
• Create high-quality bug reports with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence
• Perform API, regression, exploratory, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test suites
• Utilize AI-powered tools to improve testing efficiency and defect analysis
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to continuous quality improvements
• Validate AI-generated code fixes, test cases, and recommendations before implementation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Software QA (manual and automated testing)
• Hands-on experience with AI coding/testing assistants such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
• Practical experience with test automation using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Pytest
• Experience with API testing (REST/GraphQL) using Postman, Playwright, or Python
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques (equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis)
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output for accuracy and risk
• Strong written English skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into QA processes or building AI agents/MCP tools
• Prompt engineering experience and LLM output evaluation
• Performance and load testing experience (k6, JMeter, or Locust)
• Basic security testing knowledge and experience with observability tools (Sentry, Grafana)
• Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Experience testing AI/LLM-powered features and applications
• Domain knowledge in manufacturing, e-commerce, aviation, or analytics platforms
