AI & Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize automated sourcing workflows for both candidates and companies
• Use AI tools to identify, enrich, and qualify leads
• Develop systems for data extraction, cleaning, and structuring
• Automate repetitive tasks across recruiting and sales processes
• Integrate tools using APIs, no-code/low-code platforms, and scripts to improve efficiency
• Continuously test and improve workflows to increase output and quality

Requirements

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, or Gemini in real-world workflows
• Familiarity with automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Ability to work with data scraping, APIs, and basic scripting (Python preferred)
• Experience in lead generation, recruiting, or data-driven workflows
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to build, test, and iterate quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience automating LinkedIn sourcing or outbound workflows
• Knowledge of CRM and ATS systems
• Experience working with large datasets using Google Sheets, databases, or enrichment tools
