AI Creative Technologist

Responsibilities

• Team up with creative and technical experts to craft and prototype cutting-edge AI experiences.
• Transform briefs and RFPs into creative strategies by blending technology with innovative concepts.
• Deliver inventive solutions for pitches that align with vision and feasibility.
• Engage in co-creation workshops to unveil new opportunities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (writers, designers, editors, developers, tech specialists) to convert ideas into robust solutions.
• Leverage medium to advanced prompt engineering expertise including prompt construction, assistant logic, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG.
• Serve as a vital link between production, creative, and technical teams.
• Assess feasibility and best practices across platforms and tools for creative tech execution.
• Experiment with tools, build quick prototypes, and maintain curiosity as the AI landscape evolves.
• Quickly develop prototypes, validate ideas through continuous testing, and stay ahead of new platforms and methodologies.
• Collaborate with the studio transformation team, emphasizing agility and experimentation.
• Comfortable with code, able to make minor script adjustments and resolve small technical issues.
• Use scripting languages (Python, Bash), command-line tools (Powershell, CMD), and Ubuntu WSL.
• Understand Git and GitHub workflows (committing, pushing, forking); knowledge of Javascript and web development is a plus.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating innovative AI applications in writing, visual arts, or interactive projects
• Experience in advertising, design, or production studio environments
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with ComfyUI or other node-based systems
• Familiarity with AI tools: Adobe Firefly, Anthropic (Claude), Bria, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Copilot, Crop.photo, DeepL, ElevenLabs, Framer, Google Gemini, PaLM 2, TextFX, Griptape, Midjourney, RunwayML, Stable Diffusion, Synthesia, Topaz
• Excellent English communication for technical discussions
• Creative mindset and technology-driven problem solver
• Experience with node-based programming and custom nodes
• Knowledge of CGI pipelines (advantage)
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) (advantage)
• Understanding of image generation models (Stable Diffusion, ControlNet)
• Minimum 5 years in creative and technology sectors (interactive studios, agencies, production)
• Highly organized, motivated, adept at multitasking
• Strong problem-solving and strategic foresight
• Adaptable, driven, resourceful, with a sense of humor
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides)
• Experience with Teamwork or similar task management tools
