AI-Driven Legal & Operations Expert (Founder's Associate)

Responsibilities

• Operate at the intersection of law, operations, and AI to scale global impact
• Research regulations across jurisdictions and draft T&Cs, Privacy Policies, and Cookie Policies
• Navigate psychologist licensing requirements across different countries
• Manage recruitment processes including writing job posts, screening candidates, and running first-round interviews
• Lead outreach and manage third-party communications professionally
• Conduct deep research on markets, competitors, and regulatory landscapes
• Support marketing efforts through social content, copywriting, and campaign ideas
• Automate manual processes using AI and workflow tools

Requirements

• Law degree is required
• Expertise in prompt engineering and the current AI ecosystem (LLMs, automated research agents)
• Proficiency with workflow automation tools such as Zapier or Make
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English
• An operational mindset with a drive to automate manual tasks
• High level of adaptability and an owner mindset
