AI Engineering Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the AI tool roadmap, prioritizing features based on value delivered to teams
• Collaborate with product and engineering areas to ensure continuous evolution of tool functionalities
• Act as a technical reference for management, promoting AI culture and usage
• Serve as the point of contact for AI-related issues within the organization
• Participate in the creation and implementation of guidelines, policies, and best practices for responsible AI use
• Contribute to the structuring and formalization of AI usage processes at the directorate level
• Lead the rollout of formalized processes to management
• Ensure effective adoption and alignment with defined standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in defining and evolving technological tool roadmaps, especially in AI
• Ability to act as a technical reference and positively influence organizational culture
• Experience creating policies and guidelines for responsible AI use
• Ability to collaborate with multiple areas, including product and engineering
• Experience in leading organizational change processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of software engineering and agile practices
• Experience with multi-agent platforms and generative AI tools
• Strong communication skills to act as a point of contact between different areas
