AI Financial Operations Analyst

Quora's mission is to grow the world's collective intelligence. We operate two platforms: Quora, a global knowledge sharing platform, and Poe, a platform providing users with access to a wide variety of AI language models.

Responsibilities

• Build, run, and continuously improve AI-driven automation across the FP&A function including forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close
• Own the operational side of tax by monitoring obligations and building automation for continuous compliance
• Connect ERP, spend management, equity, HRIS, and CRM systems with AI agents and integrations
• Design and ship new AI systems that expand the capabilities of the finance function
• Document builds to ensure they are reliable and auditable

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
• 5+ years of corporate finance or FP&A experience
• Hands-on ability to build with AI tooling, agents, and LLM-powered workflows
• Strong financial modeling and spreadsheet skills
• Ability to attend meetings during Quora's coordination hours (9am-3pm PT)
• High autonomy and self-starter mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Corporate finance experience at a technology company
• Experience with Claude, Claude Code, and MCP integrations
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Ramp, Carta, BambooHR, Salesforce, or Google Workspace
• Experience working across ERP, spend management, equity, HRIS, CRM, and data warehouse environments
