AI & Intelligent Automation Lead (on-site or remote)

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and intelligent automation initiatives, aligning with business and technology strategy.
• Identify key use cases and drive the practical application of AI (LLMs, MCP, state-of-the-art automation) into existing and new products.
• Oversee the integration of AI models/tools into the tech ecosystem, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Leverage knowledge of financial markets and time series data manipulation to enhance trading strategies and risk management using AI.
• Design products that enhance team decision-making, automate workflows, and boost productivity via human-AI collaborative tools.
• Shape organizational processes, standards, and capabilities for AI development (e.g., best practices for data governance and model validation).
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Commercial, Trading, Research, Engineering, Operations, Compliance) to align product development with business and regulatory needs.
• Stay up-to-date with AI, ML, data engineering, and automation trends to maintain competitive advantage.
• Define and track key metrics/KPIs to measure product performance and impact, iterating based on feedback and data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a record of launching and scaling complex tech products.
• Demonstrated experience in AI/ML, especially LLMs, MCP, and automation; portfolios welcome.
• Technical knowledge of software development, data architectures, and API integration. Hands-on data engineering experience is valued.
• Prior exposure to financial contexts, market data, and time series data manipulation.
• Ability to set product vision and convert it into actionable strategies, starting from MVPs or proofs-of-concept.
• Strong interest in shaping processes and capabilities, and in fostering adoption of new technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services context.
• Deep understanding of recent AI technologies.
• Portfolio showcasing AI-centric productivity solutions or product prototypes with rationales.
• Experience in digital assets, financial trading, or fintech sectors.
