Job description

Responsibilities

  • Launch, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, and emerging AI-native channels hands-on.
  • Build AI-powered workflows to automate manual tasks such as copy generation, audience segmentation, enrichment, and reporting.
  • Generate pipeline from targeted account lists using an ABM approach.
  • Experiment with new growth channels, scaling successful tactics and retiring ineffective ones.
  • Use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, and n8n to enrich and qualify leads.
  • Analyze funnel performance and surface actionable insights independently.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing.
  • Daily use of AI tools to perform core job functions including writing copy, building workflows, and research.
  • Proven experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns personally rather than managing agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in attribution, funnel metrics, and dashboards.
  • Experience with programmatic or ABM tools such as 6sense or Demandbase.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B SaaS experience.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and enrichment tools like Clay, n8n, Make, or Apollo.
  • Basic scripting skills (Python, SQL) for data extraction or task automation.
  • Familiarity with the MarTech and analytics industry.
  • Prior team or project management experience.
