AI Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack web and mobile-friendly applications, including React-based front ends and supporting data layers
• Design and maintain Airtable bases including schema, automations, interfaces, and data quality
• Build workflow automations in n8n and Zapier to connect CRM, forms, and databases
• Integrate third-party and AI services such as LLM APIs into applications and workflows
• Test, debug, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and usability
• Collaborate with leadership and the Tech Project Manager to scope work and ship in disciplined cycles
• Document systems and establish maintainable patterns to reduce single-owner risk

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated experience shipping full-stack web projects using modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred)
• Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong experience using Airtable as an application backend
• Experience with workflow automation platforms like n8n or Zapier
• Hands-on experience integrating AI or LLM services into applications
• Familiarity with Claude Code or a willingness to adopt agentic coding tools
• Ability to operate as a self-directed, sole engineer with strong documentation habits
