Responsibilities

• Build backend business systems using Large Language Models (LLM) as core components, transforming product requirements into stable, scalable Agentic Workflows.
• Responsible for AI Agent orchestration and engineering implementation, including model calling, tool-calling, multi-step reasoning, state management, and exception handling.
• Participate in the construction of core modules such as model integration, inference services, RAG, and data processing to drive large-scale AI application in real business scenarios.
• Optimize AI system performance and engineering governance for high-concurrency and high-reliability scenarios, including streaming responses, asynchronous scheduling, caching strategies, and cost control.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, algorithm, and platform teams to continuously optimize R&D efficiency and delivery quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend or AI-related R&D with solid engineering and system design skills.
• Familiarity with LLM application development paradigms, with practical project experience in Agents, RAG, tool-calling, or AI Infra.
• Experience in agent orchestration using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar.
• Strong backend performance optimization skills, including streaming processing, asynchronous task scheduling, and multi-level caching in high-concurrency scenarios.
• Proficiency in at least one mainstream backend language such as Go, Java, or Python.
• High passion for AI technology and an "AI native" engineering mindset.
