AI Software Engineering Domain Expert

Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and enhance AI-generated technical content for accuracy and best practices
• Create, refine, and evaluate prompts to guide AI models
• Conduct rubric-based assessments of AI model outputs
• Draft and edit technical documentation, architecture plans, RFCs, and design specifications
• Perform independent research and fact-checking to validate technical assertions
• Interpret and annotate data to support nuanced evaluation and labeling tasks
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads to meet deliverable requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering roles
• Experience authoring or reviewing technical artifacts like documentation, RFCs, or design specs
• Exceptional critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills
• Strong written communication and technical writing abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI coding tools and code assistants
• Advanced degree (Master's, JD, MBA, PhD) from a highly selective university
