AI Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the full cycle of AI-driven improvement from surfacing opportunities to delivering working solutions
• Conduct structured discovery sessions to map workflows and identify manual processes for AI optimization
• Build and maintain a prioritized opportunity backlog with clear business cases
• Translate business requirements into scoped technical designs and integrate AI-assisted solutions using APIs
• Redesign underlying processes to ensure effective adoption of AI tooling
• Communicate progress and outcomes to executive leadership through plain-language summaries
• Ensure responsible deployment of AI solutions regarding data privacy and governance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or software development
• Demonstrated experience in process assessment and workflow analysis
• Proficiency in one or more languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Experience integrating AI-assisted capabilities into business workflows via APIs
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS
• Data fluency with SQL and business reporting tools
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience
