AI Solutions & Enablement Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify productivity, automation, and knowledge-management opportunities
• Conduct interviews and workshops to gather and document AI use cases
• Drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms including Codex, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and educational materials
• Coach employees on effective prompting, workflow design, and responsible AI usage
• Configure, integrate, and support AI-powered workflows and solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and data teams to ensure technical and compliance requirements are met
• Promote responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, digital transformation, or AI enablement
• Demonstrated knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic systems
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or GitHub Copilot
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technology solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI workflows, automations, or agents using orchestration tools
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and low-code/no-code technologies
• Experience with change management and organizational adoption programs
• Understanding of AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance
• Experience working in biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences
