AI Workflow Builder & Solution Engineer - French fluent 🇫🇷

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable automations: create workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or custom scripts; manage multi-step logic, error handling, and lifecycle.
• API integration & custom app hosting: integrate systems with REST, Webhooks, GraphQL, OAuth; self-host and deploy internal tools; build microservices bridging no-code and custom development.
• Data architecture & ops: architect robust data structures in Airtable, Notion, or relational DBs; manage permissions and workflow scaling.
• Workflow optimization: debug, refactor, and optimize automations; implement monitoring and reliability; adapt workflows to evolving needs.
• AI & chat system implementation: deploy GPT-powered bots, connect chat interfaces, support development of task-specific AI agents.
• Documentation & enablement: thoroughly document systems, train internal users, design with usability and edge cases in mind.

Requirements

• Experience shipping production-grade automation systems across teams
• Fluency with APIs, HTTP requests, authentication
• Comfortable with self-hosting, deploying, and maintaining tools
• Implemented chatbots or assistants connected to internal tools
• Strong documentation and cross-functional communication skills
• Autonomous, rigorous, and passionate about optimizing systems
• Fluent (written and spoken) in both French and English
