Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end ambassador program including recruitment, coaching, and performance optimization
  • Execute flagship campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer sign-ups
  • Partner with creative and performance teams to ensure content compliance and maximize organic reach

Requirements

  • 3+ years of social media experience with deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends
  • 1+ year of experience managing creators, ambassadors, or influencers
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns and analyze performance data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within regulated or health-adjacent industries
  • Proficiency with automation tools like Zapier or Airtable
  • Experience with whitelisting and paid amplification of creator content
