Responsibilities

• Analyze data and facilitate conversations to support advisory projects and market research
• Leverage knowledge of healthcare operations to assess trends and develop actionable recommendations
• Manage day-to-day interactions with health system and solution company executives
• Use Tableau, Excel, and Generative AI to perform deep analysis and data visualization
• Conduct primary and secondary research to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data
• Build coherent narratives and presentations to drive client decision-making
• Manage time efficiently to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of value

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a health system, healthcare consulting, or digital health solution company
• Proficiency in Tableau and Excel
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities
