Analytical Chemistry Specialist

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models on lab scenarios and theoretical analytical chemistry questions
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Requirements

• Expertise in spectroscopy, chromatography, electrochemical analysis, or quantitative chemical analysis
• Knowledge of mass spectrometry, HPLC, GC, NMR interpretation, or method validation
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication and "show your work"
• Proficiency in using a secure computer and high-speed internet

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in analytical chemistry or a closely related chemical science field
• Experience with peer-reviewed publications
• Background in lab-based method development, regulatory testing, or instrumentation-intensive research
