Android Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define and launch new features.
• Translate client requirements into functional, high-quality mobile applications.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high coding standards to ensure application reliability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, CCE, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in designing and building Android mobile applications.
• Backbase certification (Required).
• Proficiency in Kotlin; experience with Java is a plus.
• Strong experience with Android frameworks (SDK, etc.) and RESTful APIs.
• Experience in the Banking or Fintech industry.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Multi-Module Application development.
