Appointment Setter

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to initiate conversations and establish rapport
• Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of products and services
• Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and assessing potential
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives based on availability
• Enter accurate and detailed information about leads and appointments into the CRM system
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely communication and engagement
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary information about scheduled appointments
• Maintain a record of daily call activities and appointments scheduled
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role
• Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in data entry
• Goal-oriented mindset with ability to meet targets
• Minimum 15 Mbps primary internet connection and 10 Mbps backup connection
• Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5 and 8 GB RAM
• Functional webcam and noise-canceling USB headset
