Job description

Responsibilities

  • Integrate new models from outsourcing partners into the game engine
  • Improve and optimize existing models and textures
  • Collaborate with outsourcing companies by creating technical specifications
  • Monitor outsourcing progress and ensure assets meet quality standards

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, including modeling and unwrapping
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, specifically working with layers and masks
  • Proficient knowledge of Substance Designer
  • Strong understanding of PBR principles
  • Familiarity with game engine workflows and shader functionality
  • Experience in game development or other CG industries
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in Russian
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate thoughts clearly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Houdini or other 3D/2D software
  • A passion for gaming
  • Interest in WWII history and military technology
