Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns to drive qualified deal flow
- Build and manage cold outreach sequences via email and LinkedIn
- Own day-to-day management of HubSpot, including workflows and list segmentation
- Write and edit blog content, thought leadership, and market commentary
- Manage on-page and technical SEO and digital PR outreach
- Build in-house AI tools and automation pipelines using LLM platforms like Claude and ChatGPT
- Plan and optimize Google Ads and other performance marketing campaigns
- Track and report on marketing performance using GA4 and HubSpot
- Manage organic social media presence on LinkedIn and X/Twitter
- Coordinate partner operations including lead distribution and follow-up
Requirements
- 4-6 years of progressive B2B marketing experience
- Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platforms
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and cold outreach
- Strong SEO fundamentals and familiarity with AEO/GEO/LLM optimization
- Experience managing Google Ads and performance marketing budgets
- Excellent written communication skills with a content portfolio
- Hands-on experience building AI-assisted workflows
- Analytical mindset comfortable with campaign data and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in M&A, investment banking, PE/VC, or business brokerage marketing
- Familiarity with Semrush, Ahrefs, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience creating marketing collateral for technical or advisory audiences
- Experience building internal AI tools or custom agents with Claude Code or custom GPTs
