Assistant Vice President, Private Markets Sales

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end deal management for structured financing transactions, including Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) and warehouse facilities, across the Middle East.
• Partner with Loans Origination, Markets Sales, and Emerging Markets Credit Trading to design and execute distribution strategies for conventional and Islamic loan transactions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Financial Institutions (FIs) and Sponsors to drive loan syndications and grow the private-side investor base.
• Conduct credit analysis, due diligence, and legal reviews to support transaction execution and credit applications.
• Prepare pitch books, marketing materials, and market updates to support regional business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Risk, Legal, and Trading, to ensure seamless deal execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in structured finance, capital markets, securitisation, or leveraged finance.
• Strong knowledge of loan syndications, credit structuring, and ABS/warehouse financing mechanics.
• Proficiency in quantitative and financial modelling, including cashflow analysis and scenario modelling.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and build relationships with financial institutions and sponsor clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing high-standard client-facing materials.
• Familiarity with Middle East financial markets or Islamic finance principles is highly advantageous.
