Associate Client Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage overall client relationships from implementation through renewal activities
• Support small groups with fewer than 300 employees
• Maintain senior management level contact with client Benefits, HR, and financial staff
• Partner with assigned broker partners and sales executives
• Retain and grow assigned book of business
• Work on internal projects to support clients and the management organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of Client Management experience in a TPA or insurance environment
• OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of industry experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

• State Insurance license
• Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans
• Knowledge of federal laws including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA
• Understanding of stop loss
