Associate Director, Corporate Origination and Business Development

Responsibilities

• Drive origination of new-to-bank corporate relationships in Saudi Arabia
• Manage cross-border exposure and ensure compliance with regional regulations
• Coordinate the Saudi Arabia portfolio across Corporate Banking, Risk, Compliance, and Treasury
• Develop and refine the Saudi Arabia business framework
• Drive growth of the asset book and revenue generation in the region
• Conduct due diligence and ensure transactions meet credit quality and regulatory standards
• Provide market insights and strategic updates to senior leadership
• Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Operations, and Compliance

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in corporate banking with GCC exposure
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabia's corporate banking landscape
• Expertise in wholesale banking products (trade finance, cash management, FX, derivatives)
• Strong credit acumen and risk mitigation skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders
• Degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
• Professional certifications in corporate banking preferred
• Established network of corporate client relationships
